"ܠܒܬܘܠܬܐ ܝܠܕܐ. ܫܡܥ ܘܠܐ ܡܫܪ. ܣܦܪܐ ܘܕܪܘܫܐ. ܕܚܐܪ ܟܝܢܐܝܬ. ܕܠܐ ܐܝܬ ܠܗܿ ܦܘܪܣܐ. ܕܢ̈ܠܕܢ ܒܬܘ̈ܠܬܐ. ܒܡܪܝܡ ܟܝܢܐ ܚܒ ܘܐܙܕܟܝ. ܕܒܬܘܠܬܐ ܒܛܢܬ. ܘܒܬܘܠܬܐ ܝܠܕܬ. ܘܐܘܪܚܐ ܗܝ ܕܠܐ ܡܫܟܚ. ܟܝܢܐ ܕܢܪܕܐ ܒܗܿ."1 "Le scribe et le docteur ont entendu la naissance virginale mais ils ne croient pas parce qu’ils considèrent qu’il n’est pas possible que des vierges enfantent; en Marie la nature a été inférieure et vaincue car vierge elle a conçu et vierge elle a enfanté; c’est là un chemin que la nature ne peut emprunter."1
