“ܒܬܘܠܬܐ ܩܪܬܢܝ ܕܐܙܡܪ ܫܪܒܗܿ ܟܕ ܬܗܿܪ ܐܢܐ. ܗܒ ܠܝ ܬܗܪܟ ܒܪ ܐܠܗܐ. ܘܐܥܬܪ ܟܢܪܝ ܡܢ ܡܘܗܒܬܟ. ܕܠܝܠܕܬܟ ܐܨܘܪ ܨܠܡܐ ܕܡܠܐ ܫܘܦܪ̈ܐ.” 1
“La Vierge m’a appelé pour que je chante son histoire avec admiration; Fils de Dieu, donne-moi ta merveille et j’enrichirai ma harpe de ton don pour tracer les traits de ta Mère pleine de grâces.” 1
