Abstract
The Pauline Epistles [http://syriaca.org/work/9643] of the New Testament [http://syriaca.org/work/9587] are extant in Syriac in the Peshitta [http://syriaca.org/work/159] and Harqlean [http://syriaca.org/work/10520] versions. While pre-Peshitta quotations from the Pauline Epistles are known in Syriac from patristic authors, it is uncertain how the translation or translations behind these are related to the pre-Peshitta Old Syriac Gospels [http://syriaca.org/work/9512] . The Philoxenian version of the Pauline Epistles is no longer extant.1Secondary Literature
