"ܒܕܝ ܩܫܝܫܐ ܕܐܪܓܘܠ ܩܪܝܬܐ: ܣܒܐ ܘܥܬܝܩ ܝܘ̈ܡܬܐ. ܘܡܠܐ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܪܚܡܬ ܡܣ̈ܟܢܐ: ܘܒܚܘܒܐ ܕܐܟܣ̈ܢܝܐ ܣܓܝ ܪܬܚܿ ܗܘ̣ܐ."1 "Baday, prêtre du village d’Argoul, était un vieillard avancé en âge, plein de miséricorde pour les pauvres et tout brûlant d’amour pour les étrangers."1
