"ܒܐܝܪܚ ܬܡܘܙ ܒܚܡܫܬܥܣܪ ܒܗ ܗܘܐ ܒܝܘ̈ܡܬܐ ܗܢܿܘܢ ܪܕܘܦܝܐ ܥܠ ܟܪ̈ܣܛܝܢܐ: ܘܥܠ ܐܝܠܝܢ ܕܡܗܝܡܢܝܢ ܒܫܡܗ ܕܡܪܢ ܝܫܘܥ ܡܫܝܚܐ. ܐܢܬܬܐ ܕܝܢ ܐܝܬ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܒܡܕܝܢܬܐ ܐܝܩܢܘܢ: ܕܫܡܗܿ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܝܘܠܝܛܐ: ܕܡܢ ܛܠܝܘܬܗܿ ܢܩܝܦܐ ܗܘ̣ܬ ܠܕܚܠܬ ܐܠܗܐ."1 "(Le 15 Tammouz ) il y eut en ces jours-là une persécution contre les chrétiens et contre ceux qui croient au nom de notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ.
