"ܨܘܬܘ ܘܐܣܬܟܠܘ ܦܪ̈ܘܫܐ. ܐܬܬܥܝܪܘ ܘܐܬܢܦܨܘ ܐܝܟ ܛܒܝ̈ܥܐ. ܘܬܘ ܢܬܟܫܦ ܘܢܫܦܥ ܕܡ̈ܥܐ. ܥܠ ܒܝܫܘܬܢ ܘܢܦܝܣ ܘܢܒܥܐ."1 "Écoutez et comprenez, sages, réveillez-vous et levez-vous vous qui sembliez dormir; venez, supplions et répandons nos larmes sur notre faute, implorons et prions."1
