ܡܕܝܺܢܬܐ ܗܘܳܬ ܡܫܰܟܠܠܬܐ ܕܒܶܝܬ ܡܰܪܕܝܢ ܠܐܘܪܗܳܝ ܡܰܪܕܶܐ ܬܪܶܝܢ ܡܰܫ̈ܩܠܝܢ ܡܶܢ ܩܰܕܡܳܝܬܐ ܘܝܰܘܡܳܢ ܡܕܝܢܬܽܘܢܳܝܬܳܐ ܗܝ ܕܡܶܬܶܐܡܰܪ ܠܗ̇ ܘܶܝܪܰܐܢܫܰܗܝܪ.2
كانت مدينة عامرة بين ماردين والرها مسافة مرحلتين عن الاولى. وهي اليوم بليدة يقال لها ويران شهر3
once a flourishing town between Mardin and Edessa, about two leagues from Mardin. Today it is a small village called Wayran Shahr.4
