"Avec la force du Père et du Fils son Verbe et de l’Esprit Saint sa Vie… par la miséricorde de son amour je m’approche, moi son faible adorateur, Abraham le plus pécheur des hommes, de la région du Zâb, prêtre de nom."1 "ܒܚܝܠ ܐܒܐ ܘܒܪܐ ܡܠܬܗ. ܘܪܘܚܐ ܕܩܘܕܫܐ ܚܝܘܬܗ... ܩܪܒ ܐܢܐ ܒܪܚܡܬ ܚܘܒܗ. ܐܢܐ ܡܚܝܠܐ ܣܓܘܕܗ. ܐܒܪܗܡ ܚܛܝ ܐܢܫܝ̈ܢ. ܙܐܒܝܐ ܒܫܡ ܩܫܝܫܐ."1
