ܒܫܢܬ ܐܪܒܥ ܕܪܕܘܦܝܐ ܕܒܝܘ̈ܡܬܢ ܘܝܘܡܐ ܥܪܘܒܬܐ ܐܝܬܘܗܝ ܗܘܐ ܒܥܣܪܝܢ ܒܬܫܪܝ ܐܚܪܝ ܡܟܣܝܡܝܢܘܣ ܪܫܐ ܕܛܪ̈ܘܢܐ ܠܡܕܝܢܬܐ ܕܩܣܪܝܐ ܐܬ̣ܐ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܘܡܫܬܒܗܪ ܗܘܐ ܕܡܕܡ ܚܕܬ ܠܟܠܗܘܢ ܟ̈ܢܫܐ ܒܬܝܛܪܘܢ ܢܚܘܐ ܗܘܐ. 1
En la quatrième année de la persécution de nos jours, on était le vendredi 20 Teshrî II. Le chef des tyrans Maximin vint à la ville de Césarée, et il se fit gloire de montrer quelque chose de nouveau à toutes les foules dans le théâtre. 1

Mais l’âme de l’innocent Agapios s’envolait dans l’air et elle alla au royaume des cieux vers lequel il se hâtait, et elle fut reçue avec les anges et les foules des martyrs. Telle fut la lutte glorieuse du vaillant Agapios. 1
