“ܠܕܘܒܪܐ ܡܿܢ ܕܐܢܛܘܢܝܘܣ ܗܿܘ ܐܠܗܝܐ ܫܘܝܐܝܬ̣. ܐܬܢܣܝܘܣ ܗܿܘ ܪܒܐ. ܗܿܘ ܓܒܪܐ ܫܠܝܚܝܐ ܘܕܡܫܝܚܐ ܐܝܬ ܗܘܐ ܠܗ ܒܗ ܕܡܡܠܠ. ܪܕܘܝܐܝܬ ܐܟܚܕܐ ܘܬܫܥܝܬܢܐܝܬ ܐܟܬܒܗ.” 1
“La vie du divin Antoine, le grand Athanase, homme apostolique et qui avait le Christ parlant en lui, l’a écrite dignement de façon instructive et en même temps narrative.” 1
