"ܣܗܕܐ ܚܠܝܨܐ ܘܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܕܡܫܝܚܐ ܡܝܢܐ: ܟܕ ܐܥܒܪ ܠܙܝ̈ܢܐ ܕܦܠܚܘܬܐ ܕܝܠܗ ܒܣܪܢܝܬܐ ܠܘܬ ܙܝܢܐ ܕܪܘܚܐ ܠܫ̈ܐܕܐ ܛܢ̈ܦܐ ܡܘܒܕ."1 "En changeant les armes de son service charnel en une armure spirituelle, le vaillant et puissant martyr du Christ Ménas détruit les démons impurs."1
