Incipit (Opening Line)

Disambiguation

The Epistle of Baruch is sometimes attached to 2 Baruch (Apocalypse of Baruch) as 78:1–87:1. In the Syriac tradition, it is sometimes referred to as the "First Epistle of Baruch." This should not be confused with the work known in Western usage as 1 Baruch , which in Syriac may go by the title "Second Epistle of Baruch."
