"ܐܝܬ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܓܒܪܐ ܚܕ ܒܪ ܥܠܡܐ: ܕܫܡܗ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܣܒܛ ܕܡܢ ܐܝܪܝܚܘ: ܐܝܬ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܠܗ ܕܝܢ ܘܐܦ ܐܢܬܬܐ."1 "Il y avait un homme laïc, qui s’appelait Sabas, de Jéricho; il avait aussi une femme."1
