"ܗܘܐ ܒܝܘ̈ܡܬܐ ܕܕܘܩܠܝܛܝܢܘܣ ܡܠܟܐ ܐܢܬܝܡܣ ܗܘܦܪܟܐ. ܗܢܐ ܟܕ ܐܬܟܪܗ ܕܢܡܘܬ: ܩܪܐ ܠܣܠܝܢܘܣ ܐܚܘܗܝ ܘܐܡܪ ܠܗ: ܐܢܐ ܐܘ ܐܚܝ: ܡܢ ܨܒ̈ܘܬܐ ܐܢܫܝ̈ܬܐ ܢܦܩ ܐܢܐ: ܠܒܪܝ ܕܝܢ ܠܘܣܝܡܟܘܣ ܒܐܝܕܝ̈ܟ ܡܓܥܠ ܐܢܐ: ܘܐܝܟܢܐ ܕܡܟܪܢܢ ܚܢܢ ܠܗ ܠܒܪܬܗ ܕܦܪܘܣܦܪܘܣ ܣܘܢܩܠܝܛܝܩܐ: ܢܬܒܛܠ ܠܟ ܒܬܪ ܡܘܬܝ ܕܬܥܒܕ ܠܗ ܡܫܬܘܬܐ: ܘܬܗܘܐ ܠܗܘܢ ܒܕܘܟܬ ܐܒܐ."1 "Aux jours de l’empereur Dioclétien, Anthime était consul.
