En l’an 674 du règne des Grecs, qui est l’an 324 après la crucifixion de notre Seigneur, et en l’an 53 du règne du roi impie Shabour fils de Hôrmezd, après la mort de Jovien, roi des Romains, le roi Shabour s’attaqua au territoire et aux forteresses des Romains et il s’établit dans la place forte de Beyt-Zabday 1
