“ܐܘܪܠܝܢܘܣ ܡܠܟܐ ܐܡܪ. ܐܘ ܐܠܟܣܢܕܪܐ. ܩܕܡ ܕܒܡܣܡ ܒܪܫܐ ܬܡܘܬ. ܐܡܪ ܠܝ ܟܠܗܿ ܚܬܝܬܘܬܐ ܕܟܪ̈ܣܛܝܢܐ ܡܢܐ ܗܝ.”1 “L’empereur Aurélien dit: «Alexandre, avant que tu ne meures selon ton châtiment, dis-moi tout ce qui est exact sur les chrétiens.”1
