“ܘܐܬܘ ܓܒܪ̈ܐ ܡܢ ܒܝܬ ܠܚܡ ܘܟܕ ܚܙܘ ܬܡܢ ܐܬܘ̈ܬܐ ܕܡܣܬܪܪ ܗ̈ܘܝ ܩܕܡ ܡܪܬܝ ܡܪܝܡ ܟܕ ܡܓܣܐ ܒܥܠܝܬܐ ܕܒܝܬ ܠܚܡ ܟܕ ܐܬܘ ܫ̈ܠܝܚܐ ܘܡܫܡܫܝܢ ܗܘܘ ܥܠܝܗܿ ܒܥܠܝܬܐ.”1 1
“Et des hommes vinrent de Bethléem et quand ils virent là les signes qui s’accomplissaient devant sainte Marie alors qu’elle était couchée dans la chambre haute de Bethléem et que les disciples venaient la servir dans la chambre haute.”1 1
