“ܩܕܡܝܐ ܗܟܝܠ ܕܐܦܣܩܘܦ̈ܐ ܕܗܘܐ ܠܐܬܪܐ ܕܚܕܝܒ ܐܝܬܘܗܝ ܗܝ ܐܟܡܐ ܕܐܡܪ ܗܒܝܠ ܡܠܦܢܐ ܡܪܝ ܦܩܝܕܐ ܗܘܿ ܕܐܕܝ ܫܠܝܚܐ ܒܝܬܗ ܣܡ ܥܠܘܗܝ ܐܝܕܐ.”1 “Le premier des évêques du pays d’Adiabène fut donc, comme le dit le docteur Abel, Mar Peqîdâ, celui à qui l’apôtre Adday en personne imposa la main.”1Explicit
