“ܐܰܬܪܐ ܗܘ ܕܥܰܠ ܢܗܰܪ ܢܒܘܪܐܝܟܐ ܕܢܳܣܶܟ ܒܰܦܪܳܬ. ܚܪܶܒ ܘܐܝܬ ܒܕܘܟܬܗ ܩܪܝܬܳܐ ܕܡܶܬܐܡܰܪ ܠܳܗ̇ ܐܰܒܘܣܰܪܰܐܝ (ܒܨܝܪܗ̈) ” 2
“بلد على نهر الخابور عند مصبه في الفرات خرب وفي موضعه قرية ابو سراي (بصيرة).” 3
