“في كركر ذكر منذ سنة 1138 حتى 1600 وعام 1170 بنى البطريرك ميخائيل بيعته وتخرج فيه خمسة اساقفة”2
“in Karkar, was built in 1138 and remained in existence until 1600. In 1170, Patriarch Michael the Great rebuilt its church. It produced five bishops.”3
