The author of a treatise about the exaltation of the cross , extant in BL Add. 12165, a manuscript dated to 1015.
Wright and Sachau both understand Pantaleon's monastery to be in Byzantium, whereas ܕܝܪܐ ܕܒܘܙܢܛܝܐ could also be translated "from the monastery of the Byzantines."
