Simeon of Qartmin - ܫܡܥܘܢ

Simeon was known as the second founder of the monastery of Qartmin or Mor Gabriel. He was healed at a young age by Samuel of Qartmin, who also instructed him in monasticism. An angel led them to the place where they were to construct the monastery of Qartmin. He was the second abbot of Qartmin and blessed Rabbula of Edessa.
