Et j’ai écrit ces choses le dimanche 20 Teshrî II, cinq jours après le couronnement de ces saints martyrs, que même leurs meurtriers déclaraient bienheureux; ils chérissaient et honoraient secrètement leur mise à mort, tout en craignant le pouvoir impérial. Que le Christ fasse le salut de son peuple dans sa grande miséricorde et que la paix règne dans sa sainte Église… que la miséricorde soit sur tous ceux qui ont participé au jour de sa commémoration dans les siècles des siècles.
