"ܗܢܐ ܕܝܢ ܒܪܣܡܝܐ ܐܦܣܩܘܦܐ ܬܠܡܕܗ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܠܫܪܒܝܠ ܟܘܡܪܐ. ܐܝܬܘܗܝ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܕܝܢ ܒܝܘ̈ܡܝ ܒܝܢܘܣ ܐܦܣܩܘܦܐ ܕܪܗܘܡܐ ܗܿܘ ܕܒܝܘܡ̈ܘܗܝ ܟܢܫܬ ܗܘܬ ܟܘܠܗܿ ܐܢܫܘܬܐ ܕܪܗܘܡܐ."1 "Cet évêque Barsamyâ avait enseigné le prêtre des idoles Sharbêl. Mais il vivait aux jours de Binus, évêque de Rome, aux jours duquel tous les hommes de Rome se rassemblèrent."1
