ܛܘܒܢܐ ܕܝܕܘܪܘܣ: ܟܕ ܩܕܡܝܬ ܐܬܪܕܝ ܒܟܠܗ ܝܘܠܦܢܐ ܕܦܝܠܣܘܦܘܬܐ̣. ܐܠܐ ܡܢ ܕܐܬܩܪܒ ܠܟܪܣܛܝܢܘܬܐ̣. ܐܬܢܩܦ ܠܛܘܒܢܐ ܣܠܘܢܘܣ ܐܦܣܩܘܦܐ ܕܛܪܣܘܣ. 1
Le bienheureux Diodore, d’abord élevé dans toute la doctrine de la philosophie, après qu’il se fut approché du christianisme, s’attacha au bienheureux Sylvain, évêque de Tarse. 1
