ܒܛܝܒܘܬܗ ܕܐܠܗܐ: ܣܒܪܬܐ ܬܚܝܬ ܫܡܝܐ ܒܐܪܥܐ ܟܠܗܿ ܐܙܕܪܥܬ: ܡܢ ܝܫܘܥ ܡܫܝܚܐ ܦܪܘܩܐ ܕܟܠܗܘܢ ܒܢܝ̈ܢܫܐ: ܕܢܗܝܡܢ ܟܠܢܫ ܒܐܠܗܐ ܐܚܝܕ ܟܠ: ܘܒܝܫܘܥ ܡܫܝܚܐ ܒܪܐ ܝܚܝܕܝܐ: ܘܒܪܘܚܐ ܚܝܐ ܘܩܕܝܫܐ. 1
Par la grâce de Dieu la Bonne Nouvelle a été plantée sous les cieux et par toute la terre, par Jésus-Christ Sauveur de tous les hommes afin que tous croyent en Dieu tout-puissant, en Jésus-Christ le Fils unique et en l’Esprit vivant et saint. 1

Et après avoir dit cela, il poussa une forte lamentation et il se déchira en deux, et sa chair se répandit et ses os devinrent introuvables. Cela lui advint conformément à la prophétie et à la prière. 1
