"ܡܢ ܒܬܪ ܬܪܬܝܢ ܫܢ̈ܝܢ ܠܩܛܠܗ ܕܡܝܠܣ ܛܘܒܢܐ: ܐܬܬܚܕ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܕܢܝܐܝܠ ܩܫܝܫܐ ܘܘܪ̈ܕܐ ܒܪܬ ܩܝܡܐ: ܡܢ ܐܬܪܐ ܕܪ̈ܙܝܩܝܐ: ܒܦܘܩܕܢܐ ܕܡܘܗܦܛܐ ܕܝܠܗ ܕܐܬܪܐ."1 "Deux ans après le meurtre du bienheureux Mîlès, le prêtre Daniel fut pris avec la bat-qyamâ Wardé, du Beyt-Razîq, sur l’ordre du chef des mages du pays."1
