"ܒܗ ܒܙܒܢܐ ܗܢܐ ܕܡܝܠܣ ܛܘܒܢܐ ܐܬܟܠܠ: ܪܫܕܝܪܐ ܚܕ ܐܝܬ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܒܐܬܪܐ ܕܦܪܣ: ܕܫܡܗ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܒܪܫܒܝܐ."1 "Au même temps où fut couronné le bienheureux Mîlès, il y avait au pays de Perse un abbé dont le nom était Barshebyâ."1
