"ܒܫܢܬ ܫܬܡܐܐ ܘܥܣܪܝܢ ܠܡܠܟܐ ܐܠܟܣܢܕܪܘܣ ܝܘܢܝܐ: ܓܒܪܐ ܚܕ ܐܝܬ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܒܐܪܥܐ ܕܡܘܠܟܢܐ: ܕܫܡܗ ܗܘ̣ܐ ܫܡܥܘܢ ܬܓܪܐ: ܘܐܢܬܬܗ ܕܫܡܗܿ ܗܠܢܐ."1 "En l’an 620 du roi Alexandre le Grec, il y avait dans la terre promise un homme du nom de Simon, commerçant, et le nom de sa femme était Hélène."1
