In the year 416 of the rule of the Greeks, which is the year fifteen of our Lord the emperor Ceasar Trajan, under the consulate of Commodus and of Cyril, the 5 of Elul, the next day of the day on which Lysinas, judge of the law, had heard the priest Sharbel, 1

And the day after the judge, in the place Lysinas had written down these memories, he was dismissed from his post. 1
Et le lendemain du jour où le juge de l’endroit Lysinas eut souscrit à ces mémoires, il fut renvoyé de son poste.
