"ܐ̈ܚܝ ܨܠܘ ܐܕܢܐ. ܘܫܡܥܘ ܒܦܘܪܫܢܐ. ܫܪܒܗ ܕܝܘܚܢܢ ܩܠܝܕܐ ܕܥܩܪܘܬܐ."1 "Mes frères, penchez l’oreille et écoutez avec intelligence l’histoire de Jean, clef de la stérilité."1
