"ܒܙܒܢܐ ܓܝܪ ܕܐܝܬܘܗܝ ܗܘܐ ܐܘܐܠܢܛܝܢܘܣ ܡܠܟܐ ܒܪܗ ܕܪܚܿܡ ܐܠܗܐ ܝܘܒܝܢܝܢܘܣ ܡܠܟܐ ܗܿܘ ܕܣܬܪ ܠܟܠܗܘܢ ܒܝܬ ܦܬܟܪ̈ܐ ܛܡ̈ܐܐ ܘܥܩܪ ܐܢܘܢ ܡܢ ܫܬܐܣ̈ܝܗܘܢ. ܘܐܝܬ ܗܘܐ ܫܝܢܐ ܪܒܐ ܒܥ̈ܕܬܐ ܟܠܗܝܢ ܕܟܠܗܿ ܬܐܒܝܠ ܐܝܟ ܕܒܙܒܢܐ ܕܩܘܣܛܐܢܛܝܢܘܣ ܚܕܬܐ."1 "Au temps où était empereur Valentinien, fils de l’empereur ami de Dieu Jovien, celui qui renversa tous les temples des idoles impures et les arracha de leurs fondations, il y avait une grande paix dans toutes les Églises du monde entier, comme au temps de Constantin le Jeune."1

Et chantons y des chants de l’Esprit Saint, le soir, la la nuit et le matin, selon le commandement des Pères, en brûlant des parfums et en recevant une grande bénédiction, pour que nous soyons tous jugés dignes du pardon de nos péchés, et de parvenir au repos éternel, au Royaume céleste et à la vie qui ne cesse pas, par la grâce… Amen."1
