"ܡܘܫܐ ܗܿܘ ܪܒܐ ܒܢ̈ܒܝܐ ܗܿܘ ܕܟܠܗܝܢ ܗܠܝܢ ܕܡܫܝܚܐ ܩܿܕܡ ܗܘܐ ܘܨܿܐܪ ܘܡܚܘܐ ܒܩܢܘܡܗ ܠܥܡܐ ܐܝܣܪܠܝܐ. ܒܐܝ̈ܕܘܗܝ ܪܫܡ ܘܚܘܝ ܠܢ ܛܘܦܣܗ ܕܨܠܝܒܐ."1 "Moïse, le plus grand des prophètes, lui qui dans sa personne préfigurait et montrait à l’avance tout ce qui concerne le Christ au peuple israélite, traça et montra de ses mains le type de la Croix."1
