Le souvenir de l’histoire de la vie glorieuse des saints et de tous ceux qui craignent Dieu est abondant et non pas unique pour les amis du Christ, parce qu’il les persuade de porter leur mémoire devant Dieu et qu’il dispose l’âme à l’honneur et à la louange de Dieu. 1

Et il vécut là le reste de sa vie, jusqu’à ce qu’il fut jugé aussi digne de la prescience divine et qu’il vît les mystères et les révélations divines. Et ainsi il quitta ce monde instable pour aller avec confiance vers le Seigneur. Ces choses vous ont été racontées, mes pères et mes frères, pour que vous sachiez que Dieu n’abandonne pas… Que notre Seigneur nous juge dignes… Amen. 1
