"ܝܗܘ̈ܕܝܐ ܕܝܢ ܟܕ ܩܪܐ ܦܘܠܘܣ ܒ̈ܓܢܘܗܝ ܕܩܣܪ ܘܐܫܬܕܪ ܠܪܗܘܡܐ ܡܢ ܦܗܣܛܘܣ ܟܕ ܢܦܠܘ ܡܢ ܗܿܝ ܡܚܫܒܬܐ ܕܢܟܠܐ ܕܡܬܚܫܒܝܢ ܗܘܘ ܥܠܘܗܝ ܗܦܟܘ ܠܗܘܢ ܥܠ ܝܥܩܘܒ ܐܚܘܗܝ ܕܡܪܢ."1 "Quand Paul eut fait appel devant César et eut été envoyé à Rome par Festus, et que les juifs perdirent le dessein qu’ils avaient formé contre lui, ils se tournèrent contre Jacques le frère de notre Seigneur."1
