"ܒܫܢܬ ܬܡ̈ܢܡܐܐ ܘܬܠܬܝ̈ܢ ܘܚܡܫ ܕܐܠܟܣܢܕܪܘܣ. ܐܡܠܟ ܗܘܐ ܡܠܟܐ ܝܘܕܝܐ ܥܠ ܐܬܪܐ ܕܚܡܝܪ̈ܐ. ܡܛܠ ܕܡܝܬ ܗܘܐ ܠܗ ܡܠܟܐ ܕܟܪ̈ܝܣܛܝܢܐ ܕܐܩܝܡܘ ܗܘܘ ܟܘ̈ܫܝܐ ܥܠ ܐܬܪ̈ܘܬܐ ܗܿܢܘܢ ܕܚܡܝܪ̈ܐ."1 "En l’an 835 d’Alexandre, un roi juif régnait sur le pays des Himyarites, parce que le roi des chrétiens que les Éthiopiens avaient établi sur ces pays des Himyarites était mort."1
