“ܒܫܢܬ ܬܡ̈ܢܡܐܐ ܘܬܠܬܝ̈ܢ ܘܚܡܫ ܕܐܠܟܣܢܕܪܘܣ. ܐܡܠܟ ܗܘܐ ܡܠܟܐ ܝܘܕܝܐ ܥܠ ܐܬܪܐ ܕܚܡܝܪ̈ܐ. ܡܛܠ ܕܡܝܬ ܗܘܐ ܠܗ ܡܠܟܐ ܕܟܪ̈ܝܣܛܝܢܐ ܕܐܩܝܡܘ ܗܘܘ ܟܘ̈ܫܝܐ ܥܠ ܐܬܪ̈ܘܬܐ ܗܿܢܘܢ ܕܚܡܝܪ̈ܐ.” 1
“En l’an 835 d’Alexandre, un roi juif régnait sur le pays des Himyarites, parce que le roi des chrétiens que les Éthiopiens avaient établi sur ces pays des Himyarites était mort.” 1
