"ܛܘܒܝܟ ܣܗܕܐ ܩܕܝܫܐ. ܡܪܝ ܓܝܘܪܓܝܣ ܢܨܝܚܐ. ܕܩܒܠܬ ܫܢ̈ܕܐ ܘܩܘܦܚܐ. ܘܥܒܕܬ ܠܒܝܫܐ ܕܚܝܚܐ."1 "Heureux es-tu saint martyr Mâr Georges, toi qui as subi tourments et châtiment et qui pulvérisé le Mauvais."1
