"ܠܦܪܕܝܣܐ ܐܠܗܝܐ. ܕܢܨܒ ܒܥܕܬܗ ܒܪܐ ܝܚܝܕܝܐ. ܥܠܬ ܐܝܟ ܟܦܢܐ ܘܨܗܝܐ. ܘܚܙܝܬ ܒܓܘܗ ܢܘܪ̈ܒܐ ܦܐܝ̈ܐ. ܕܛܥܝܢܝܢ ܛܪ̈ܦܐ ܦܬܢ̈ܐ. ܘܣܘ̈ܟܐ ܕܥܘܫܢܐ ܘܦܐܪ̈ܐ ܚ̈ܠܝܐ. ܘܢܦܫܐ ܐܝܕܐ ܕܡܡܚܝܐ. ܡܢ ܕܩܪܒܐ ܠܗܘܢ ܒܗܘܢ ܡܬܐܣܝܐ."1 "Je suis entré comme affamé et assoiffé dans le Paradis divin que le Fils unique a planté dans son Église; et j’y ai vu des palmiers magnifiques portant des feuilles larges, des branches luxuriantes et des fruits suaves; et quand une âme blessée s’approchait d’eux, elle était guérie par eux."1
