“ܣܦܪ̈ܐ ܦܬܚܬ ܘܩܪܝܬ ܒܝܬ ܚܘ̈ܩܐ. ܘܫܡܥܬ ܠܡܪܢ ܕܦܩܕ ܒܣܒܪܬܗ. ܕܟܠ ܐܝܢܐ ܕܥܒܕ ܫܦܝܪ. ܘܡܠܦ ܝܘܠܦܢܗ ܫܦܝܪ ܘܣܘܥܪ̈ܢܘܗܝ ܫܦܝܪ ܣܥܪ. ܘܫܦܝܪ ܡܬܗܦܟ. ܗܢܐ ܪܒܐ ܘܫܒܝܚܐ. ܘܪܡܐ ܘܡܝܩܪܐ ܢܬܩܪܐ. ܒܡܠܟܘܬܐ ܐܠܗܝܬܐ ܗܝ ܕܠܐ ܣܟ ܥܒܪܐ.” 1

“J’ai ouvert les Écritures et j’ai lu entre les lignes; j’ai entendu notre Seigneur ordonner dans son Évangile: «Quiconque agit bien, enseigne bien sa doctrine, fait de belles actions et se comporte bien, celui-là sera appelé grand, loué, exalté et honoré dans le Royaume divin qui ne passera jamais.»” 1
