ܥܒܕ ܡܫܝܚܐ ܗܟܝܠ ܡܢ ܐܪܒܝܠ ܐܝܬܘܗܝ ܗܘܐ. ܘܥܡܪ ܗܘܐ ܡܢ ܛܠܝܘܬܗ ܙܒܢܐ ܢܓܝܪܐ ܒܐܢܛܝܟܝܐ ܘܟܢ ܒܕܪܡܣܘܩ. 1
Ebed-Mshîhâ était donc originaire d’Arbèles et il avait vécu dès son enfance pendant longtemps à Antioche puis à Damas. 1
