“ܒܝܠܕܗ ܕܒܪܐ ܡܫܝܚܐ ܡܪܢ. ܗܘ̈ܝ ܚ̈ܕܬܬܐ ܘܬܡܝܗ̈ܬܐ. ܒܝܬ ܝܗܘ̈ܕܝܐ ܠܦܪ̈ܣܝܐ. ܕܐܫܬܠܡ ܗܘܐ ܟܠܡܐ ܕܟܬܝܒ. ܒܢܒ̈ܝܐ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܕܗܘܘ.” 1
“À la naissance du Fils, le Christ notre Seigneur, des choses nouvelles et étonnantes se passèrent parmi les juifs et les Perses, car s’accomplit tout ce qui était écrit dans tous les prophètes qu’il y eut.” 1
