“ܐܢܐ ܕܝܢ ܐܘ ܪ̈ܚܡܝ ܚܟܡܬܐ ܘܐܚܝ̈ܕܝ ܫܪܪܐ: ܡܢ ܟܪܣܗ̇ ܿܕܐܡܝ ܐܬܢܕܪܬ ܕܐܗܘܐ ܕܒܚܐ ܠܐ̈ܠܗܐ ܛܡ̈ܐܐ. ܐܘܟܝܬ ܠܐܪܟܘܢܝܛܐ ܕܫܐ̈ܕܐ.” 1
“Mais moi, ô amis de la sagesse et défenseurs de la vérité, dès le sein de ma mère je fus voué à être offert en victime aux dieux impurs, c’est-à-dire à l’archonte des démons.” 1

“Car en elle sont donnés les grades et les honneurs à ceux qui l’aiment, et il n’y a pas de pauvreté dans le monde, sauf pour qui est privé de l’amour de Jésus-Christ. Quant à moi, je loue Dieu, le donateur de la sagesse et j’adore et exalte son Fils notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ et son Esprit vivant et saint. À ce triple mystère gloire… Amen.” 1
