Bienheureux es-tu, Thomas, aimé des disciples, trésor de vertus et plein de biens, car ta main a touché la source douce qui répand la vie dans le monde entier. Ton amour a osé saisir le trésor haut en vertu par lequel les mondes sont fournis. Grand est ton bonheur toi qui as saisi de tes doigts le soleil du monde supérieur. 1

Bienheureuse es-tu, cité bénie, toi qui as reçu la perle; aucune autre perle n’a été trouvée en Inde sinon elle. Bienheureuse es-tu, toi qui as été jugée digne de garder dans ton trésor la pierre choisie incomparable. Fils du Bon, toi qui comble de biens tes adorateurs, louange à ta bonté. 1
