ܒܩܘܪܒܳܐ ܕܙܰܪܓܰܠ ܩܪܝܬܳܐ ܒܒܶܝܬ ܫܺܐܪ̈ܝܐ. ܡܰܪܕܶܐ ܬܪܶܝܢ ܝܰܘܡ̈ܝܢ ܡܶܢ ܐܳܡܝ̣ܕ ܠܓܰܪܒܰܝ ܡܰܕܢܚܐ. ܗܘܳܐ ܟܽܘܪܣܝܐ ܕܡܰܪܥܝܬܐ ܡܶܢ ܪܝܫ ܕܳܪܐ ܕܚܰܡܫܥܣܪ ܥܕܰܡܐ ܠܪܝܫ ܕܳܪܐ ܕܩܳܐܡ. ܐܶܣܬܦܰܩ ܡܶܢ ܕܰܝܪ̈ܝܐ ܡܶܢ ܡܶܬܚܐ ܕܬܰܪܬܶܝܢ ܫܢ̈ܝܢ ܘܥܰܡܝ̣ܪ.2
بقرب قرية زرجل في البشيرية بولاية ديار بكر مسير يومين عنها في الشمال الشرقي، كان كرسي ابرشية من اول القرن الخامس عشر الى صدر القرن الحالي؛ خلا من اهله منذ سنتين وهو عامر.3
near the village of Zarjal in al-Bushayriyya, in the province of Diyarbakir, lies about two day journey northeast of Diyarbakir. From the beginning of the fifteenth century to the beginning of the present century it was a bishopric see. It is still standing, although no one has lived in it for two years.4
