These proposals are discussed according to reflections on the Fourth Gospel, the Antiochene Syriac Maronite Church, the light metaphor, to the work done on the Prologue from a socio-rhetorical perspective and to the study conducted on the first English edition of the Maronite Prayer of the Faithful .
