Different forms of religious life were deeply embodied there over time, expressed in a variety of ways, thanks to favourable political and socio-religious contexts, in a border area that was subjected to mixed influences. This survey seeks to identify the main monastic currents that marked the area, their specificities, but also their interferences, and shows the deployment that took place around the 7th century, which had as a corollary a shaping of traditions accrediting a strategy of the appropriation of space.</note></biblStruct><bibl type="formatted" subtype="bibliography" resp="https://www.zotero.org/styles/chicago-note-bibliography-17th-edition">
