“ܡܘܕܥܝܢܢ ܠܚܘܒܟܘܢ ܕܒܥܣܪܝܢ ܒܟܢܘܢ ܐܚܪܝ ܕܗܕܐ ܫܢܬ ܬܡܢܡܐܐ ܘܬܠܬܝܢ ܘܚܡ̈ܫ ܢܦܩܢܢ ܡܢ ܚܐܪܬܐ ܕܢܥܡܢ ܥܡ ܐܒܪܗܡ ܩܫܝܫܐ ܒܪ ܐܘܦܪܘܣ ܗܢܐ ܕܐܫܬܕܪ ܡܢ ܝܘܣܛܝܢܝܢܐ ܡܠܟܐ ܠܘܬ ܡܢܕܪ ܡܠܟܐ ܕܛܝܝ̈ܐ ܕܢܥܒܕ ܫܝܢܐ.” 1
“Nous vous communiquons que le 20 Kanôn II de cette année 835 nous sommes sortis de Hîrtâ de Na‘man avec le prêtre Abraham fils d’Euphrasios qui avait été envoyé par l’empereur Justinien à Moundar roi des Arabes pour faire la paix.” 1
