“ܥܝܕܐ ܗܘ ܗܢܐ ܐܚ̈ܝ ܐܦ ܠܚܟܝܡ̈ܐ ܘܣܟܘ̈ܠܬܢܐ ܘܝܕܘ̈ܥܐ ܕܡܟܣܝܢ ܠܗܘܢ ܠܣܝ̈ܡܬܗܘܢ ܡܢ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܒܢܝܢܫ̈ܐ. ܘܐܦ ܡܢ ܒܢܝ̈ܗܘܢ ܘܝܪ̈ܬܝܗܘܢ ܟܡܐ ܕܠܛܝܢ.” 1
“Mes frères, c’est l’habitude des hommes sages, prudents et savants de cacher leurs trésors à tous les hommes, et même à leurs enfants et à leurs héritiers tant qu’il sont des enfants.” 1

“Quand arriva le temps fixé par sa connaissance, il fixa la demeure de sa divinité dans la maison d’un homme droit et juste dont la famille descendait de David, appelé Yônakhîr, fils de Matthan, fils d’Éléazar, de la tribu de Salomon fils de David.” 1

“Alors la bienheureuse eut pitié de lui et le conduisit et le fit se tenir sur cette bourse et il prit ce qui était à lui et glorifia Dieu. Et quand sainte Marie eut accompli ces miracles et plus encore, à Rome et dans tous les pays, les Apôtres étaient auprès d’elle. Par ses prières que les Églises du Christ soient gardées du malin et de ses forces. Amen… Gloire à Dieu et que sa miséricorde et sa pitié soient sur nous et sur quiconque lira et expliquera (traduira?). Oui et amen.” 1
