“ܛܘܒܢܐ ܗܟܝܠ ܗܢܐ ܡܝܬܪܐ ܐܗܪܘܢ ܩܫܝܫܐ̣. ܒܓܢܣܗ ܡܢ ܐܬܪܐ ܐܝܬܘܗܝ ܗܘܐ ܕܐܪܡܢܝܐ. ܡܢ ܙܥܘܪܘܬܗ ܕܝܢ ܫܒܩ ܗܘܐ ܐܬܪܗ ܘܐܦ ܐܬܢܟܪܝ ܠܓܢܣܗ ܘܠܝܕܘ̈ܥܘܗܝ.” 1
“Ce bienheureux et vertueux prêtre Aaron était originaire du pays d’Arménie. Mais dès son enfance il avait abandonné son pays et était devenu étranger à sa famille et à ses connaissances.” 1
