                    Un bienheureux se trouvait depuis un certain temps avec ses deux disciples en solitaire dans une cellule à l’Ennaton à Alexandrie.
                
                
                    ܘܡܟܝܠ ܐܝܟ ܣܪܘܚܐ ܡܬܘܝ ܗܘܐ ܒܣܟܠܘܬܗ̣. ܘܚܦܝܛ ܗܘܐ ܒܬܝܒܘܬܐ ܕܚܠܦܝܗܿ. ܐܝܟܢܐ ܕܐܦ ܚܢܢ ܒܗܠܝܢ ܫܒܩܢܝܗܝ̣. ܟܕ ܬܗܝܪܝܢܢ ܒܣܘܥܪܢܗ ܘܡܘܕܝܢܢ ܠܐܠܗܐ.
                
                
                    Et à partir d’alors il se repentit de sa faute comme s’il était un malfaiteur et il fut appliqué dans la pénitence pour elle, de sorte que nous le laissâmes dans ces dispositions, admirant son acte et rendant grâces à Dieu.
